SWGC was originally organized in 1949 to create an interest in gardening and to inspire an appreciation in others for the plants, birds and pollinators that make South Whidbey Island such a beautiful place to live.
Consider making a donation. Your generous contribution empowers us to create a better community for everyone.
SWGC was incorporated in 2017 as a non-profit organization in the State of Washington and has obtained 501(c)(3) status from the IRS.
We love gardeners, so feel free to visit during one of our monthly meetings from
September through April. To join, annual dues are $25 (cash or check) or $27 ($25 + $2 to cover handling fees) credit card, payable at the meeting or via online link. You can fill out an Application at a meeting, or request one by dropping us a line using the link below.
